You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ShutterLapse for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return

• Contact us at hello@shutterlapse.ca with your order number.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label.
• Pack the device (and its accessories) in the original box.
• Drop it off at any carrier location — done.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
